A 14-year-old boy allegedly sodomised two minors and initiated MouthAction without their consent. According to the B-Metro, the minor claimed that he had no knowledge that it was a crime since he allegedly had seen the act on his brother’s phone.
The court heard that
sometime in January, the teen approached the first complainant and
sucked his privates without his consent and proceeded to sodomise the
minor.
It is reported that on a different occasion the teen
approached the second complainant whilst he was playing with his friends
and asked to be accompanied to a nearby bush.
The accused then led the complainant at a bush and proceeded to rape him after conducting MouthAction, without his consent.
The
matter only came to light after the complainants told their parents
about the incidents and the matter was then reported to Zvishavane ZRP
in Zimbabwe, leading to the teen’s arrest.
Passing sentence,
magistrate Wochiunga said the accused’s behaviour could not go
unpunished as his actions were traumatising to the two complainants and
had dire consequences.
” This court finds you guilty as charged
and you committed a serious crime which can’t go unpunished. Your
actions could have serious consequences on the life of these young boys,
therefore the punishment of three strokes administered with a cane is
suitable for you,” he said.
