The People Democratic Party being worried about the presidential
candidate for All Progressive Party (APC) Muhammadu Buhari not
campaigning. The official PDP stated that it’s 61 days to February 2019
election and President Buhari has not started his campaign. They said:

Elections: The fact that President @MBuhari has failed to constitute
his campaign council or developed a clear-cut campaign blueprint, 61
days to the February Presidential election, is an indication that he is
not preparing to stand elections.
