70-Year-Old Man Caught Raping 10-Year-Old Girl In Rivers, Chained To A Pole (Photos)

According to report,the 70year old man pictured below was caught raping a10yr old girl in Upata, Ahoada East local government area of Rivers state.

He was chained to a pole by angry youths.
