The Independent and National Electoral Commission on Friday, issued certificate of return to Governor-elect Douye Diri and his deputy, all of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The presentation was done by INEC’s National Commissioner Legal Matters, Dr Mrs May Agbamuche-Mbu in Abuja.
