Recall that on April 19 the acting national chairman of the Labour Party, Lamidi Apapa, says his suspension as a member of the party is invalid, noting that he remains the ‘legitimate acting chairman.’
Apapa has now taken over as the authentic Chairman of the party.
He has asked all lawyers representing Labour Party at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal to reach out to him within 48 hours.
