Because of the terrible condition of Gwagwalada Market Road, several young people in the Gwagwalada Area Council in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, have threatened to close the council’s headquarters.
Some of the kids in the vicinity wsaid the terrible road had created tremendous hardship for commuters and residents for a long time.
It’s depressing, remarked a different resident who wished to remain anonymous. I have no idea why they chose to disregard the road. It appears as though they don’t value people. This route is horrible for an entire FCT. The road needs to be fixed.
Additionally, in a letter dated Monday, the civil society organization Take It Back Movement asked the area council to furnish it with information regarding the federal allocations the council has received since 2022 and the manner in which they have been used.
