Abuja Building Collapse: One Dead, Five Rescued

Several people were feared trapped on Friday after a building under construction collapsed in Abuja.

The incident which occurred in the Jabi/Utako area of the Federal Capital Territory led to the death of one person while five others were rescued.

Emergency officials confirmed this to Channels Television, amidst the rescue operations.

Acting President Professor Osinbajo who visited the scene of the accident said he is satisfied with rescue effort and also wished those injured in the incident quick recovery.
