An Akure Magistrate Court in Ondo, Nigeria has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of former Ondo State deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi, who is accused of theft.
Agboola is ordered to appear in court or provide a statement on November 24 regarding allegations of obtaining a brand new Toyota Camry worth N5.4 million under false pretenses in May 2018.
