Alaafin of Oyo, Lamidi Olayiwola Atanda Adeyemi has been spotted throwing punches as he exercised his body. The monarch defied old age to show off his incredible strength at age 82.
The royal monarch was spotted wearing blue gloves throwing hard punches at an outdoor space where some people were gathered watching and they could be heard cheering him on as he hits the punch bag.
