A doctor identified as Ezequiel Fernández Bugin, has been arrested for masturbating while checking her patient’s private part during an ultrasound session.
The 33-year-old doctor who has been charged
with sexual abuse, was taken into custody at the Canning Medical Center
in the Argentine province of Buenos Aires. Bugin’s arrest came after the
lady who was visiting the medical diagnostic imaging center in the town
of Canning, noticed some making strange movements.
According
to La Prensa, the lady who also underwent a kidney exam, said the doctor
was masturbating when she turned around and further realized that he
had ejaculated on her back. The doctor was arrested for masturbating
while checking patient’s private part after 911 was called in, and it
was further gathered that the lady whose name was withheld by
authorities turned in her clothes for further investigation. A review of
the clinic’s video surveillance system is currently ongoing.
