Nigeria’s former vice-president, Atiku Abubakar, has expressed “Sadness and unhappiness” over the death of 22 secondary school students who died on Tuesday in the road accident which happened in Gaya local government area of Kano state.
According to Atiku,
“That we lost 22 students in a road carnage is so saddening and very regrettable. I condole with parents and guardians of these pupils. May God accept these young souls and heal the hearts of the bereaved families and friends. Amen.”
