The PDP presidential candidate and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar yesterday reacted to the death of 100 Nigerian soldiers in a deadly attack by ISWAP, Boko Haram.
Atiku said:
“I’m deeply saddened by the loss of our soldiers in these attacks and ask for the support and prayers of all Nigerians for our military in this war against ISWAP & Boko Haram.”
Atiku Abubakar shared this video on social media where he talked about the attack and death of the Nigerian Soldiers and way forward.
But reacting to the video, Nigerians are divided. While many hailed Atiku for speaking out against the attack even before the presidency, many others blasted him. Some claim he is just reacting for political reasons.
