BEFORE YOU SLEEP: WHEN YOU THINK YOU ARE RIGHT.
1.Don’t use unkind words to make your case. 2.Don”t expect everyone to believe you are right, some will still believe you are wrong. 3.Be firm but never aggressive. 4.You just may not be the only one that is right.The person you are upset with might also be right. 5.Don’t be in a hurry to defend your beliefs, try and find value in the explanation of another. 6.Stay on the facts not Assumptions or interpretations.
