In the absence of any meaningful response from the Buhari administration to rally and encourage Nigerian soldiers battling Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists, The Presidential Candidate of the PDP Alhaji Atiku Abubakar this morning rallied Nigerians to support and pray for the troops.
