The Liga F team has declared that they will earn up to 50,000 euros (£42,600) in add-ons in addition to 450,000 euros (£384,000) for the Colombian forward.
In seven appearances for Levante this season, Mayra Ramirez has six goals.
The Ramirez contract would break the previous record if all of the add-ons are paid, exceeding the £400,000 move made by England player Keira Walsh to Barcelona in 2022.
Ramirez was present at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday when Chelsea defeated Real Madrid in the Champions League.
The 24-year-old surpasses Jill Roord, who signed a contract worth over £300,000 to join Manchester City from Wolfsburg in 2023, to become the most expensive women’s player in British history.
Despite playing for Levante in the qualifying rounds, she can be added to their Champions League roster starting in the quarterfinals.
After star striker Sam Kerr suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury that would keep him out of action for the remainder of the season, she signed on.
Catarina Macario, a forward for Chelsea who joined the Blues from Lyon in the summer, is also recuperating from an ACL injury that has sidelined her since 2022.
