Court Declares Sen. Owan Enoh As APC Guber Candidate In Cross River State

Justice Adeniyi of the FCT High Court Apo, Abuja has declared that
Senator John Owan Enoh is the Authentic Candidate of the APC in the 2019
governorship elections in Cross Rivers State.

The FCT High
Court had this morning (Monday 07/01/19) delivered judgement on Usani vs
APC, INEC & Owan-Enoh. The judge dismissed the suit for the
following reasons:

1. Usani’s case found to be full of
contradictory claims and forgeries. Usani’s certificate of return found
to be irregular. Usani’s affidavit in support of originating summons
declared unreliable. Usani found not to be an aspirant and his case not
justifiable.

2. Etim John’s primaries declared illegal and contrary to APC’s constitution and primary guidelines.
