Court Nullifies Creation Of New Emirates In Kano

A High Court, sitting in Kano State , on Thursday , nullified the four newly created Emirate Council, created by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje .
In his judgment, Justice Usman Na ’abba , said the creation of the Emirates and appointment of four Emirs , is illegal.
However, sources close to the State Government circles told the Punch , moments after the ruling that the State Government , will appeal the ruling.
