A Federal High Court Yola has ordered the APC rep-elect for Yola South/Yola North/Girei Federal Constituency, Abdurrauf Abubakar Modibbo to vacate seat for PDP candidate, Jaafaru Sulaiman Ribadu who was the runner up in the general election.
The court considered the primary election that produced the lawmaker as inconclusive.
