Dotman delivers more latin-infused, Afrobeats greatness with the video for his recently released single Pepesu.
Ruffles, satin pants, prints, and sequins are just one part of what makes this video absolutely enjoyable. The attention to detail is evident even in the dancehall lighting and decor. Watching the dancers mix African mannerisms into traditional Latino dances is a joy that doesn’t take away from the unfolding story of our artists and the damsel he is wooing.
Directed by Aje Film Works, the “Pepesu” video is definitely a hit and another brilliant display of the fluidity of music and culture.
