Elon Musk’s mother speaks on the condition of the billionaire’s home in Texas

Maye Musk, the mother of Elon Musk, has given an insight into how her billionaire son lives. 

Maye, an author and former supermodel, shared this in reaction to a post from an X user. 

The X user had shared a photo of Elon’s minimalist home with only the essentials available. 

“Elon Musk’s house in Boca Chica, Texas. No fancy things, only what’s essential for living,” the X user wrote. 

Maye Musk agreed and shared her experience visiting her son’s home. 

She wrote: “There is no food in the fridge. The garage where I slept is on the right. The shower only has one towel so I left it for Elon. That was okay with me. When I was a child, I’d spend three weeks in the Kalahari Desert without showering. Many times. There was no water. I think my parents prepared me for this luxury.”
