Reality TV star Erica Nlewedim expressed outrage during an Instagram live session after British Airways staff tried to downgrade her ticket from business class to economy.
The actress caused a scene at the airport when a British Airways staff member, identified as Stanley, tried to change her ticket from business to economy class.
She mentioned that she didn’t start recording initially, but began after Stanley called a uniformed officer on her, expressing her anger since her polite approach was ineffective.
Erica boasted about being wealthier than the airport staff and insisted on receiving the service she paid for.
