Governor Obiano Upgrading Onitsha General Hospital To Specialist Hospital (Photos)
Gov Obiano promised to upgrade three general hospitals in there senatorial zones in Anambra to specialist hospitals namely Onitsha general hospital, Enugu Ukwu general hospital and Ewkulobia general hospital, he is fulfilling his promise as construction is going on at the hospitals simultaneously.
