Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum has been reportedly spotted buying akara and pap from a road side seller.
According to the report, the most surprising thing of all was that he came to the akara joint without security, like every other citizen.
The photo of it was shared by a Twitter user, @usmanyusuf who wrote:
“Governor Zulum of Borno State left the Government house yesterday without his security details and ended up at Pap, Akara & Masa joint for his breakfast, no camera man, only people who recognized him captured him
