The Lamidi Apapa-led Labour Party group has applauded the Supreme Court’s ruling sustaining President Bola Tinubu’s declaration as the victor of the February 25, 2023, presidential election.
In a statement released on Saturday in Abuja, the faction’s spokesperson, Dr. Abayomi Arababmbi, thanked Tinubu and urged him to show generosity in his triumph.
Arabambi stated that the party was made aware of the Supreme Court’s ruling from October 26, 2023, which upheld the legitimacy of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s GCFR administration.

He claims that the leadership of the party congratulates President Bola Tinubu “on his well-deserved victory at the supreme Court as the Legitimate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” joining the rest of Nigerians in doing so.
