How Motor Parts Thief Was Caught By Vigilante In Delta (Photos)
This able bodied and well fed young man, Kelechi Ugwuoke,a native of Nkanu in Enugu State was apprehended in the early hours of yesterday at Agbor by members of Agbor Gha Ihun security outfit after he successfully carried out a criminal operation in one of the companies in Agbor.
He confessed that he is into the illegal business of stealing parts of parked motor cars in Agbor.
