Former militant leader Asari Dokubo has issued a warning to those embarking on a nationwide protest.
Speaking at a press conference organized by the Ijaw Youth Council, Asari Dokubo stated that he would counter any protest that is brought to the Niger Delta region of the country.
He described those behind the protest as anarchists, telling them to wait till President Bola Tinubu’s tenure is over to remove him through the ballot. According to Asari, he wouldn’t join the protest because things were bad even before Tinubu was elected President.
Asari also told those claiming he’s been paid off to try getting paid like him.
