Hassan Kolawole, a 45-year-old alleged ritualist, was paraded by the Oyo State police on Friday around the state capital of Ibadan, wearing a fresh human head.
Kolawole and nine other people who had been detained for different offenses at various locations in the state were paraded at the Command Headquarters at Eleyele in the Ibadan North-West Local Government Area.
Adebola Hamzat, the state commissioner of police, led them in a parade via Adewale Osifeso, the police public relations officer.
