The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had earlier today presented certificate of return to Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, His deputy Alh. Ahmed Mohammed Ketso and the twenty five members of the state house of Assembly at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi Conference Center Minna, Niger State.
