Jumia’s Dispatch Rider Punches And Manhandles Customer For Rejecting An Item

A video currently making rounds on social media shows a Jumia dispatch
rider punching a customer for rejecting an item that was delivered to
him.

A Twitter user, Quadri Olalekan who shared the viral video on the platform, wrote;

Dispatch rider punched a customer who rejected a product on delivery
cos it was diff frm his request, @JumiaNigeria claiming its a 3rd party
company, on an order made on their website, below is the video of the
rider and the customer

Jumia has now responded to the
allegation, the company wrote on their Twitter page saying the customer
is now being attended to in order to resolve the issue. Jumia wrote;

Hi Quadri.
Thanks for the concern. The customer is currently being attended to in order to resolve the issue.
