A keke rider was involved in an accident after a Vehicle Inspector Officer drags the keke steering with the rider for refusing to stop so that his keke can be inspected.
According to reports, the dragging of the steering between the keke rider and the officer result in an accident as the keke hit a petroleum tanker that was about to discharge its fuel at the filling station which made the windscreen of the keke to be broken.
