Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the governor of Kogi State, has urged the populace to disregard any threats of violence because they will be put down before the election.
This was announced by the governor on Saturday as he was running for office in Kabba, Kogi-West Senatorial district.

Usman Ododo, an APC candidate for governor of Kogi State, stated in his speech that he was dedicated to building on Bello’s achievements in terms of growth and advancement.
Bello urged the residents of Kogi-West to get together and create a government that would address their needs and aspirations.
