According to Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, everyone can learn from the Supreme Court’s ruling regarding the dispute over the Kano State gubernatorial election.
Remember that the Supreme Court upheld Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) as the legitimately elected governor of Kano yesterday? It was the final blow in a string of legal disputes.
Kwankwaso said: “What happened at the Supreme Court is a lesson for all of us. I know that I mean well for everyone.
“Throughout the period, I have not done anything to anyone. And anybody would reap what he sows.”
Kwankwaso, the National Democratic Party’s presidential candidate in the most recent general elections, responded negatively to claims that he had achieved a consensus with President Bola Tinubu about the verdict of the court.
