Lady reveals what she did after a man gave her ₦57k and asked for sex during talking stage

A lady has triggered widespread debate on social media after revealing how she handled a request for sex from a man she was still getting to know.

The incident, shared on X (formerly Twitter), quickly drew mixed reactions, with many users divided over expectations during the talking stage of a relationship.

What Happened During the Call

In her post, the lady explained that the man, whom she described as her “talking stage,” had previously given her a total of ₦57,000 willingly.

According to her, the man called one night and said he wanted to ask a sensitive question but did not want to appear disrespectful.

She wrote: “My talking stage, who willingly dashed me a total of ₦57,000, called me last night and said he had a question to ask.

“I told him to go ahead, but he was hesitant and said, ‘I don’t want you to feel disrespected because I respect you so much. Let’s say one day I call you and tell you I want to have s £x—what would your response be?’”

The lady said she questioned his assumption and challenged his reasoning.

“I replied, ‘Why do you think I owe you that?’

He said, ‘Because I’m a man and you’re the opposite s£x.’”

She added that she asked to call him back, ended the conversation, and blocked his number.

“I then asked if I could call him back. He said yes. I ended the call and blocked him. Very nons€nse person.”
