who put them on blast after trying to report a robbery in his area..

We
have spooled the voice recordings concerning the incident making rounds
on social media. , Here are our finding. The first call was received by
a member of our ERC at 11:06pm and was terminated due to network
issues.

However his third call was received by Another ERC ‪at
11:10pm‬, & was properly handled and escalated. We have a Quality
Assurance team that vets every phone call and if it wasnt handled
properly it would be dealt with from our end. #Call112 #LagosCares
