Saudi Pro League clubs remain hopeful of signing Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior this summer. Talks are reportedly ongoing between senior Saudi officials and the player’s camp. With Real Madrid aware of the interest, the club is said to be exploring a move for Manchester City striker Erling Haaland as a potential replacement , a shift that would also see Kylian Mbappe move to the left wing.
Haaland, who signed a record 9 and half year contract with City in February, remains a long-term part of their plans. However, it’s unclear whether the deal includes a release clause, particularly in the event that City are found guilty of the 115 alleged financial breaches currently under investigation.
