A middle-aged man was reportedly crushed to death by a heavy-duty 12-tyre truck on Wednesday evening in front of his wife’s home and along Deco Road in Warri, Delta State. It was a heartbreaking scene to witness.
According to witnesses, the truck’s driver was negotiating the bypass when the left back tire struck the unaware man, climbed him, and broke his skull and upper area of his body into bits.
The unfortunate truck crushed the guy to death as he and his wife attempted to cross the road to their home, which was located across from the bypass, after returning from an outing from the Okumagba Estate axis of the road.
