Maryam Saleh began her musical career as a member of the all-female Egyptian band “Sekket al-Salama” (The Safety Pin) in 2005. The band gained recognition for their unique fusion of rock, reggae, and Egyptian folk music. Saleh’s powerful voice and captivating stage presence contributed to the band’s popularity.
