Mentally Unstable Lady Delivers Baby Girl In Delta

A mentally unstable lady delivered a baby girl in Warri, Delta State
today, February 18th. The lady who is usually stationed at the 1st
Marine Gate off Gbiaye Street in Warri South Local Government Area,
welcomed her child in the early hours of today. 

Popularly known as “Calabar,” the lady is said to be an indigine
of Akwa Ibom State. Residents say men usually sneak in at night to take
turns to sleep with the woman. They say even while she was pregnant,
some men would come in at night to also have sex with her. 

A senior female police officer, who lives in the neighbourhood, has
taken custody of the baby pending when officials of the state Ministry
of Women Affairs come for the baby.
