Michelle Obama Opens Up About In Vitro Fertilization

The former first lady, Michelle Obama. revealed in her book “Becoming” that she and her husband, Barack Obama, had their daughters, Sasha and Malia, through IVF.

According to  Michelle, she and Barack had trouble conceiving and even had a miscarriage. Due to this reasons, the couple decided on an In Vitro Fertilization.

The Washington Post reported that Barack was absent during the IVF process, and that Michelle had to do a lot by herself including self-administering the injections. Their children: Malia was born in 1998 and Sasha in 2001.
