He began his music career in the late 1970s and gained popularity in the 1980s with hits like “Mboa Su,” “Elle et Moi,” and “Moni Bilinga.”
Moni Bilé’s music is characterized by its energetic rhythms, catchy melodies, and socially conscious lyrics. He often sings in Duala, a language spoken by the Duala ethnic group in Cameroon, and incorporates elements of traditional Cameroonian music into his sound.
