Ajuri Ngelale, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s special adviser on media and publicity, has been deemed unfit for duty by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, or NIPR.
The governing council of NIPR, led by Dr. Ike Neliaku, recently made this disclosure in an interview with PRNigeria.
He stated that it is illegal for anyone to do public relations without the required qualification and licensing in accordance with NIPR legislation.
He emphasized that Ngelale lacks the fundamental understanding and required PR training to be qualified to fill the role.
