Using N700 as the exchange rate to $, the state government has just wasted $46.2m because no religious crusade or patronage will pay this back in ten years, funds that could have gone into 11 mini plantations across all the local governments of the state .

Doing a 40/30/30 split under proper management conditions , each 1000 acre plantation would pay back the scheme after all expenses and taxes are deducted $435,000 annually for 20 years , but no Udom must build a house of praise, he wants his name to replace David in the bible.
