Ododo pledges to finish the rail line and water projects

Ahmed Ododo, the All Progressives Congress’ candidate for governor of Kogi State, has declared that his administration will finish the Okene water project expansion, which was started by state governor Yahaya Bello.

In addition, he declared that if elected governor of the state on November 11th, he would reticulate pipe-borne water to every area of Kogi Central Senatorial District.

The APC governorship candidate pledged to finish all ongoing internal road projects in the district to reduce traffic congestion on the region’s major roads. He made this announcement along with plans to facilitate the linkage of the Itakpe-Warri rail line to Lokoja, the state capital, in accordance with the federal government’s multimodal transportation system.

In front of an enormous gathering of supporters on Saturday at the site of the large event, in his hometown of Okene, Ododo pledged to carry out the water project’s expansion during his first 100 days as the state governor.

Ododo expressed gratitude to the district’s residents for their support of Bello during the previous seven and a half years, and he promised to continue being a good student of the governor, who he claimed had given him the chance to consolidate his accomplishments in important areas of the state’s economy.
