INEC has removed Okorocha’s name from the list of people that will collect certificate of return.

Reason:

INEC returning officer revealed that he declared Okorocha the winner of [b]IMO WEST SENATORIAL DISTRICT[/b]under duress.

Implication:

It
means that the election that produced Okorocha is now null and void.
INEC to conduct fresh election in the senatorial district.
