After moving to Manchester City in 2022, Haaland scored 36 goals in his debut season as the team won the league.
Guardiola said,
“We don’t sense any unhappiness on his part. He was because he was wounded and unable to play; but, it’s possible that Spanish media, particularly Madrid’s, are better informed than we are.
“It doesn’t matter what people say; what matters is that he is content. He will make his own decisions when he is not happy.”
The 23-year-old could start as Guardiola‘s side travel to Brentford on Monday.
After missing ten games due to a foot injury, Haaland made his Premier League comeback on Wednesday as Manchester City defeated Burnley 3-1.
