A group of hoodlums attacked and disfigured the face of a photographer identified as Mr. Matthew Eroutor, in Ogbia, the headquarters of Ogbia Local Government Area, Bayelsa State.
It was gathered that the tragic incident occurred at night while the victim was having his bath outside, at his residence.
According
to eye witness reports, Mr. Mathew was attacked by three masked
hoodlums in the night and left him almost dead, before sympathizers took
him to Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Yenagoa for treatment.
The victim is currently recuperating at the hospital even as his medical bills for his complete treatments have been paid by the Local Government Area Chairman.
