Nigerian Policemen have blocked the entrance of the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State.
Asides preventing entry into the commission’s state headquarters, a roadblock has also been mounted near the office.
It is not yet clear why security operatives are present at the Rivers headquarters.

has gathered that a faction of the APC have already embarked on
a protest against non-inclusion of their candidates on the ballots
papers.
