A man identified as Bello Musa has died after being involved in an unfortunate accident yesterday night in Gombe state. According to reports, the man was said to be returning home after night prayers at the mosque before having an accident which claimed his life.
The accident was reportedly caused by a raging flood after a heavy downpour as the deceased was said to have been stuck in the water for about three hours.
The flood later carried his vehicle away and was dumped in a canal before residents tried to save him but it was too late.
He will be laid to rest according to Islamic rites. May his soul rest in peace..
