Holders Real Madrid, Roma and Ajax all qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League on Tuesday.

Real and Roma were assured of finishing in the top two places of Group G after Viktoria Plzen beat CSKA Moscow 2-1 in the Russian capital, while Ajax went through by beating AEK Athens 2-0 in a match marred by crowd violence in Athens.
