Sara, 26, published her own picture of her smiling into the camera as the Spanish international kissed her belly alongside the message: “We’ve had a silly smile on our faces for some months now, even when morning sickness has become my most faithful companion.”
Admitting her nervousness at the thought of becoming a first-time mum, she added: “Our thrill is mixed with fear, insecurity in being in my case a first-time mum, a desire to do things well and a wish to educate our baby with the best values, respect, tolerance and empathy.”
